The production process of cable molded bridge frame factory can be divided into four major links: 1 Raw material pretreatment: Cold rolled steel sheet or galvanized sheet is selected as the substrate, and after surface rust removal and sandblasting treatment, it is coated with epoxy resin or polyester powder to ensure the adhesion between the insulation layer and the metal substrate; 2. Mold design and manufacturing: Customize molds according to bridge specifications (such as groove, tray, and step), with mold accuracy reaching micrometer level to ensure product size consistency; 3. Compression molding: Place the pre treated sheet into a mold and press it at a high temperature of 180-220 ℃ and a pressure of 15-20MPa for 10-15 minutes to allow the material to flow fully and fill the mold cavity; 4. Post processing and testing: After cooling, edge cutting, punching and other processing are carried out, and 12 tests such as salt spray test and insulation resistance test are passed
