Mold design and manufacturing: Customize molds according to bridge specifications (such as groove, tray, and step), with mold accuracy reaching micrometer level to ensure product size consistency; 3. Compression molding: Place the pre treated sheet into a mold and press it at a high temperature of 180-220 ℃ and a pressure of 15-20MPa for 10-15 minutes to allow the material to flow fully and fill the mold cavity; 4. Post processing and testing: After cooling, edge cutting, punching and other processing are carried out, and 12 tests such as salt spray test and insulation resistance test are passed
